Tauan Mendonça holds an undergraduate degree in Law from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (2010) and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral. He began his career at prominent law firms renowned in the Brazilian legal and business sectors, focusing on strategic civil litigation and court-supervised reorganization proceedings.

In 2011, Tauan shifted his career focus to Executive Search, joining the Legal, Compliance & Government Affairs team of a leading multinational specializing in recruitment. As a consultant, he led projects in these sectors for companies of multiple sizes, fields, law firms, and financial institutions.

Fluent in English—knowledge consolidated during his year in Salisbury, a city in the English county of Wiltshire. He also possesses advanced proficiency in German, acquired while studying the penultimate year of Law at Universität Trier in Germany.

As a founding partner of VITTORE—one of Latin America’s leading Executive Search consultancies—Tauan is responsible for leading and managing projects in leadership positions within Legal, Compliance & Data Privacy, and Corporate Affairs. He also plays a crucial role in developing relationships with law firms and clients in the Financial Market sector.

Tauan also has deep experience with Secondment, a contracting modality he has specialized in since 2014, specifically within Legal, Compliance, Data Protection and Privacy and Legal Operations sectors.
