Raul Cury Neto graduated in Law from Universidade Paulista in 2000, specializing in Business Labor Law at University Extension Center in 2004, and in Global Advocacy and International Lobbying at George Washington University, USA in 2019. His career began at multinational Rhodia, where he interned in the legal department.

Following this, he practiced law for seven years at Rocha e Barcellos Advogados, a prominent business law firm in São Paulo, specializing in labor law for major pharmaceutical and chemical companies.

In late 2007, he was invited by a multinational recruitment company to join the team launching their Legal operations in Brazil. Raul played a pivotal role in constructing, structuring, and establishing the division, overseeing projects across many legal domains, assisting national and multinational companies, financial institutions, and law firms in finding professionals within the Brazilian legal market.

As a leader within the division and recognized in the legal market, Raul expanded his expertise by venturing into recruiting for the Compliance market in 2009 and Government Affairs in 2011—two highly specialized and intricate sectors within the country.

In October 2013, Raul founded VITTORE, a leading Executive Search consultancy in Latin America renowned for its expertise in Legal, Tax & Finance, Compliance & Data Privacy, Corporate Affairs & ESG, Financial Market, and Human Capital sectors.

At VITTORE, Raul oversees client relationships directly and leads significant projects in leadership roles within Legal, Compliance & Data Privacy, and Corporate Affairs & ESG. He actively engages in conferences, events, roundtables, workshops, and lectures to advance these industries’ professional standards.

Raul is also the creator of the Compliance ON TOP yearbook, the largest showcase of Compliance and Data Privacy professionals in the country, and the ORIGEM yearbook, focusing on Institutional and Government Relations (IGR) professionals in Latin America, promoting transparency in lobbying activities.

With extensive experience in permanent hiring, Raul is a pioneering headhunter in temporary lawyer placements via Secondment, a role he has fulfilled since 2008 (for more than 15 years), assisting numerous national and multinational companies in recruiting professionals across Legal, Compliance, Data Protection & Privacy, and Legal Operations sectors.
