Bruno Lourenço graduated in Law from the Universidade Católica de Santos in 2005 and is fluent in English. He holds a specialization in International Law from the Hague Academy of International Law (2005). At the beginning of his career, he worked at the Santos Appellate Prosecution Office.
From 2006 onwards, he began his corporate career at Ernst & Young (EY). There, he focused on studying and analyzing strategies to minimize tax impacts on international transactions and tax breaks provided by Brazilian states, along with the feasibility of international tax planning.
In the second half of 2008, Bruno was invited by a specialized multinational recruitment firm to launch their TAX division in Brazil. As head of the division, he oversaw executive hiring for law firms of many sizes, national and multinational companies, recruiting for roles such as Officers and Regional Managers (LATAM).
After four years leading the TAX practice in Brazil, Bruno assumed leadership of the audit and financial planning (FP&A) sector as well.
As a founding partner of VITTORE, one of Latin America’s leading and most renowned Executive Search consultancies, Bruno is responsible for overseeing and managing projects in leadership positions within TAX & Finance, as well as maintaining direct client relationships across these markets.
Bruno also has deep experience with Secondment, a contracting modality he has specialized in since 2014, specifically within the Tax market.
